That's on us, not you. Contact our customer care team as soon as you spot it and we'll sort it, no thirty-day clock, no drama.

You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits them. We accept change-of-mind returns on full-price and sale items (excluding final clearance) within 30 days, unworn and with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, jewellery can't be returned for change of mind. If something is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, we'll put it right with a replacement or refund, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
